**Prices listed are weekly (Saturday-Saturday) rates and reservations
must begin and end on Saturday. During low season we accept rentals for short periods
(minimum 2 nights) at a nightly rate of €120.00
for one bedroom and €150.00 for two bedroom.
Weekly rates include:

Parking
2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella
Weekly change of bed and bathroom linen,
as well as final cleaning except the kitchen which must be clean upon departure (otherwise
€50.00 will be charged)
Not included in the weekly rate:
Token washing machine: €3.00
Daily tidy up: 1 Bedroom Apt. €15.00 2 Bedroom Apt. €20.00 euro
Baby Cradle: €30.00 weekly
Heating: 30 September - 30 April €7.00 daily
Payment Information
Security Deposit: €200.00
40% due in advance at the time of the reservation by wire transfer
Full payment by wire transfer at least 1 week before arrival
Arrival in high season from 5 o’clock to 7 o’clock pm;
