Our boutique resort is located in San Vincenzo, a small town on the Etruscan Riviera in the heart of Tuscany. San Vincenzo is a picturesque town whose soft, white sandy beaches abut the clear, cobalt blue Mediterranean Sea. Its central location is ideal for visiting many famous historical sites as well as Tuscany's major towns, making for a wonderful holiday year round.

Solalto's vacation apartments are situated on the stretch of coast known as "La Conchiglia" (Pronounced "Conkillia"-The Conch Shell), offering guests direct beach access 50 yards from their doorstep. A three story villa with eight, one and two bedroom furnished apartments, complete with a full kitchen and living room, perfect for vacation rental. The finishing touch is a communal open air roof top terrace with amazing views of nearby hills in one direction and open ocean dotted with nearby islands in the other. Evenings spent enjoying unforgettable sunsets in the salt-scented air will linger in your mind year round.

Whether you choose a one or two bedroom apartment for your vacation with us at Solalto you will feel right at home. Each apartment consists of a full kitchen with appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher, an outdoor terrace with a table for outdoor dining, living room for watching tv after a day of enjoyment and relaxation, as well as a comfortable bathroom and bedroom(s).

If you choose to spend your day at the beach you will be provided with two beach chairs and an umbrella to ensure your comfort. For your convenience, there is an outdoor shower located between the beach and the apartments. Laundry can pile up even on vacation so there is a coin operated washer and dryer located on the lower level adjacent to the secure, covered parking garage (each apartment is allocated one parking spot).
